Proposed Amendments to Local Bankruptcy Rules

The Local Bankruptcy Rules Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio (Committee) has proposed amendments to the Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBR) and has requested that the proposals be published for public comment. The proposed amendments are posted on the Court’s web site as www.ohsb.uscourts.gov. The comment deadline is November 27, 2009. Comments and suggestions may be submitted electronically to Ronald_Ammon@ohsb.uscourts.gov. The Committee will review all timely comments and the comments shall be part of the public record and available to the public.
