Due to the passage of House Bill 562 an additional $10.00 feel will be added to all traffic moving violations. This fee also applies to all juvenile traffic cases.

v Effective September 22, 2008

v H.B. 562 directly impacts all Ohio Courts and will be disbursed as follows:

§ $3.50 to Ohio Criminal Justice Service for the newly-created drug law enforcement fund.

§ $6.50 is for the indigent driver’s alcohol fund and the indigent defense support fund.
