Sup. R. 66 GUARDIANSHIPS

LOC. R 66.11 GUARDIANSHIP TRAINING COURSE

All guardian applicants shall review the guardianship training course and sign an acknowledgment prior to being appointed guardian.

Persons applying to be appointed guardian in multiple cases shall be required to review the training course once unless the court deems otherwise.
