Pursuant to Rule 26 of the Rules of Superintendence for Ohio Courts, the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch, hereby provides notice to all parties that have tendered exhibits, depositions or transcripts in court hearings conducted prior to January 1, 2013, that those items will be destroyed if not retrieved from the Court by July 1, 2019. Additionally, all transcribed and un-transcribed court reporter notes, stenographer tapes and copies of transcripts taken prior to January 1, 2013 will also be destroyed.

Any party desiring to retrieve exhibits, depositions or transcripts, or wishing to order a transcript should contact Maureen Hamby at 614-525-3631 for Domestic Relations cases and Donna Winters 614-525-5663 for Juvenile Branch cases.
