New associate joins Chester, Willcox & Saxbe LLP

Chester, Willcox & Saxbe LLP has hired Zachary D. Kravitz as an associate.

Kravitz will concentrate his practice in the area of environmental law, electric, natural gas, communications, water/wastewater industries, local government law and related litigation.

Kravitz, who is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, comes to the firm from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office where he was assistant attorney general in the labor relations section and the attorney general’s special litigation group.

Former Cardinal Health attorney joins Kegler Brown

Aneezal H. Mohamed has joined Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter to expand its securities and corporate governance, government and internal investigations, and international business areas.

Mohamed, a founding board member of the Cardinal Health Foundation, comes to the firm with more than a decade of experience as corporate counsel to Cardinal Health.

A graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, he previously served as an attorney for CMS Energy Corp. in Dearborn, Michigan.
