Appeal denied for man who ran meth lab

In the 5th District Court of Appeals, a panel of three judges recently ruled that a Perry County man had effective assistance of counsel when he was convicted on several charges related to the manufacture of methamphetamine but that his trial court made a mistake by sentencing him on allied offenses.
