A 10th District Court of Appeals panel recently affirmed a man’s theft convictions after he deceived the customers of a local roofing company.

Defendant Gregory Fair was indicted on six counts of fifth-degree felony theft and one count of fourth-degree felony theft after his employer found that he was improperly managing customer accounts.

He pleaded not guilty to each of the charges and the matter proceeded a jury trial in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
