Stricter penalties sought for felons who commit crimes under 'transitional control'

A bill that would usher in a wave of revisions to the state’s criminal laws is a step closer to being signed into law.

The proposed legislation, Senate Bill 143, was recently passed by the Ohio House in a 80-5 vote.
