In a recently released opinion, the Supreme Court of Ohio affirmed a death sentence for a man found guilty of shooting two of his bosses to death.

Defendant Calvin Neyland appealed to the state’s high court after the Wood County Court of Common Pleas found him guilty of two counts of aggravated murder with gun specifications.

Evidence introduced at trial showed that Neyland was working as a truck driver for Liberty Transportation Company in Perrysburg, Ohio at the time of the shootings.
