Court of Appeals rules man was not treated unfairly in home invasion trial

The 10th District Court of Appeals ruled this week that a man was properly convicted of multiple counts of aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and kidnapping but remanded the case to the Franklin County Court of Appeals for resentencing.

The three-judge appellate panel rejected Arthur Dennison’s claims that he was treated unfairly over the course of his trial, but agreed with the state that the trial court improperly merged some of Dennison’s offenses for sentencing.
