Testimony from a man’s alleged accomplices was sufficient to convict him of breaking and entering and safecracking, according to a recent Fifth District Court of Appeals opinion.

The three-judge appellate panel ruled this week that Gregory Srock was properly convicted after two of his friends testified that they were with him when he broke into a Canton area bar and took a safe.

Zach and Stephanie Dare testified that Srock was at their apartment in June 2012 when he mentioned robbing the Canal Boat Lounge.
