Lawmaker takes on gun, special election laws

Rep. John Becker, R-Union Township, has recently introduced bills into the Ohio General Assembly focused on concealed carry standards and special elections.

House Bill 236 would generally authorize a person who is a state or local government official and has a valid concealed handgun license to carry a concealed handgun into any publicly owned facility that is not a secure facility.
