A three-judge appellate panel recently affirmed an Auglaize County Court of Common Pleas judgment giving a man the maximum sentence for illegally possessing materials used to manufacture methamphetamine.

The Third District Court of Appeals ruled the common pleas court properly considered all of the required factors before sentencing Mark Fletcher.

Judge Stephen Shaw wrote the opinion for the court and said Fletcher’s conviction stemmed from a traffic stop in Waynesfield, Ohio on Aug. 31, 2012.
