Franklin County appellate court affirms man's robbery conviction

A Franklin County appellate panel recently found that a man’s conviction for second-degree robbery was not against the manifest weight of the evidence after his alleged victim was able to identify him with 70 percent certainty.

The 10th District Court of Appeals last week rejected Brandon Harris’ claim that his conviction was against the manifest weight of the evidence after finding the victim positively identified him and he matched the description given immediately after the crime.
