Lawmaker looking to 'clean up' last year's collateral sanctions legislation

After a year of discussing ways to clean up a collateral sanctions bill he got signed into law last year, Sen. Bill Seitz recently introduced Senate Bill 143 into the Ohio General Assembly.

“This legislation constitutes over a year’s worth of discussions and is comprised primarily with clean-up items as a result of the passage of Senate Bill 337,” Seitz, R-Cincinnati, testified last week before the Senate Criminal Justice Committee.
