Bill would modernize 'orphaned' tax board

Rep. Tom Letson has said there is a good reason to update the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals.

“It has always been the orphaned child of the judicial boards,” he said. “House Bill 138 will bring the child, if not into adulthood, at least to its late teen years. This bill will improve and modernize the current Board of Tax Appeals procedures and practices.”
