New project helps connect Central Ohio veterans with pro bono legal assistance

The Ohio Military/Veterans Legal Assistance Project, in partnership with Capital University Law School, has geared up to tackle the issue of low-income veterans needing legal services.

“These are men and women who have willingly joined America’s armed forces on our behalf and during their service to our country they have encountered situations at home that require legal assistance,” said Ohio Supreme Court Justice Evelyn Lundberg Stratton. “For many of these service members, this is a significant unmet need.”
