Proposed legislation would revise standards for Clinical Research Faculty certificates

A new House bill that would specify requirements for obtaining and renewing a Clinical Research Facility certificate is on the legislative fast track.

The proposal, House Bill 438, was introduced into the Ohio General Assembly by Rep. Barbara Sears at the beginning of the month and was passed by the House last week.
