Thanks to a recent ruling by the 10th District Court of Appeals, a Madison County man may get the opportunity to fully argue his case against the former National City Bank, which allegedly permitted unauthorized withdrawals from the man’s savings account

The three-judge panel reversed the Franklin County Common Pleas Court’s grant of summary judgment to the bank and remanded the cause for further proceedings consistent with this decision and the law.
