Despite its recent poor performance, the Columbus office market is showing signs that it could improve as the year progresses, according to a new report.

“(T)here is stronger sense of optimism than at any time since the start of the recovery. We expect good absorption numbers for second quarter 2011 based on the increased rate of deal completions and a large number pending deals at the close of first quarter,” according to Office Trends Report from Colliers, a real estate services company.
