Colorado biomed firm to open office in Columbus

A Colorado-based medical device company has announced it will be opening a location in Columbus for a device it makes that helps treat back injuries. Lanx Inc., which is based in Broomfield, Colo., will form a new Ohio-based division in Columbus to finalize the design and commercialization of a device that measures range of lumbar motion in patients with back injuries.
