The following named persons, whose addresses are unknown, and all other persons who own or claim to own any interest in the parcels of real estate, hereinafter described by address and parcel number, will take notice that sidewalks, shared use paths, and/or driveway approaches within the public right-of-way abutting this property has one or more defects that require repair or replacement in accordance with City Code 905.11.

The above named persons, and all other persons who own or claim to own any interest in the above described properties, are hereby notified that, in accordance with the provisions of Columbus City Code Chapter 905.12, a certified letter containing a Notice of Violation was mailed to the parcel address. If the repair or replacement is not completed within 30 days following the second publication of this notice, the Director of Public Service may initiate a civil and/or criminal complaint against them; and/or by City personnel or private contractor, order the violation to be corrected with the cost of the corrective action to be charged as a lien upon the property.
